Appellation : Bordeaux Blanc Sec

Production : 200.000 bottles

Soil : sandy gravel for 80% of the surface and clay gravel for the remainder

Subsoils : translucent sands, pure gravel crossed through with red clay and limestone marls, fossilised oyster bed and red and white clay

Vines varieties and pruning : sauvignon (70%) pruning with long branches and sémillon (30%) pruning à cots

Density of plantation : 6660 vines/ha

Root stock : Riparia, 33 09, 101 14, 161 49

Vines age average : 15 years

Harvest : hand picked, by successive selections through the vines (1 to 2 selections),on ripe and healthy grapes.

Fermentation : is done in new oak barrels that have been barrels previously used for the grand cru and it lasts 2 weeks.

Malolactique : None

Ageing : takes place from 6 to 9 months in barrels, regularly stirring the lees.
