The bottling

After 24 months the wines are ready for bottling. They will undergo a 3 weeks cooling period to avoid any possible tartaric deposit and then they eventually be bottled.

Our annual production of Sauternes varies, depending on several factors: bad weather, insufficient botrytis, frost...

In good year we produce about 100 000 bottles. Others unfortunately, we won't have anything at all to offer.
